The Process

The process really could not be easier.

From first point of contact to finished room, we aim to make everything as transparent as possible and will do our best to explain everything in plain and simple terms

Consultation

The process starts with a site visit, we will first look at the plot and have a conversation about what your looking to gain from your new room, will it be an outdoor space to feel part of the garden, a home gym or an office?

The possibilities are endless! Knowing what you want from the start means we can offer a more tailored garden room to suit your requirements.

We need to discuss finish materials, interior paint colour (this changes on every room we build, internet requirements, doors, windows, its a big list with many decisions to be made.

We don't have to decide everything at this stage, just the basics to get us going.

We will assess the ground conditions at this point so we can offer the most suitable foundation type.

Quotation

Once we have all agreed on the basics, i.e size, cladding type etc, we will then prepare a quotation to suit.

We do not have a "price list" as each and every room is different. We will always use our experience to offer cost saving where possible.

We will then email the quotation to you with everything listed in plain and simple English.

You can deliberate and ask as many questions as you like, a comment we often hear is "sorry to bother you again" please don't be sorry, garden rooms are a big financial investment, and we don't want you to end up with something less than your dream room because you thought you were asking silly questions!

There will be no hard sale from this point forward, if you don't want to go ahead, or want to use another company then that is fine, we will thank you for the opportunity to quote and wish you all the best.

Lets Build

So were going to actually do this! how very exciting!

So were all agreed, and we start.

Materials will start arriving at your house, all your neighbours curtains start twitching and it becomes a hive of activity.

We will then be on site everyday from start to finish, We only ever have one job going on at any one time so rest assured your room will have our full undivided attention!

Completion

Once Fully complete and the whole area has been tidied up, I will ask you to walk around the room with me to ensure everything is as you expected.

If you have any questions or concerns we will address these and ensure you are 100% satisfied before I hand you the keys to your new Garden Room.

Now all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your new space.
